libglobus-authz-dev software package provides Globus Toolkit - Globus authz library Development Files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglobus-authz-dev
libglobus-authz-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglobus-authz-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglobus-authz-dev *
You will get with libglobus-authz-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
